Don't fret, we have everything ready for you. Tabschool has an exclusive collaboration with iBall which has service centers all over India to cater to the needs.
- Step 1 - You need to check if your hardware is within warranty. Also, we advise you to read the warranty card properly and its terms & conditions.
- Step 2 - Locate the nearest iBall service from iBall website.
- Step 3 - If you want that iBall executive should collect your hardware, Then please follow the following instructions.
- Hardware is generally a fragile product, before handing out to iBall executive. We request you to properly bubble wrap the product. Without the bubble wrap, the executive might deny collecting the product.
- The collection charges from your premises are Rs 300.00, which should be paid to the executive at the time of collection.
- You can also send a request on tabschool website but we will respond within 24 hours. In case, of urgency, we request you that you should follow the above-mentioned instructions.
